eAngel Associates will focus on expanding the eAngels Equity investment network. eAngel Associates receive incentive compensation for selling products and establishing relationships with selected channel partners, and prospective clients and investors.

An eAngel Associate is responsible for the following:

 Acts as a conduit to the growing eAngels Equity network of investment and operational resources;
 Participates in the eAngels Equity syndication network through capital formation and investment presentations;
 Partakes in eAngels Equity networking parties and related events;
 Manages eAngels Equity relationships within the local community;
 Partners with local capital providers; and
 Acts as a liaison to the eAngels Equity Investment Committee.

eAngels Equity seeks qualified candidates to participate in our Angel Associates program in several new markets. The ideal candidate is distinguished by a broad set of essential characteristics:

 Deep contacts within the regional business community;
 Ability to raise capital;
 Local credibility;
 Desire to grow and work closely with entrepreneurs and emerging-growth companies;
 Operational experience in a start-up environment; and
 Investment banking or management consulting experience is a plus.
