eAngels Equity intends to have agreements with professional service providers, such as attorneys, accounting firms, technology firms, consultants, and business banks and lending firms who wish to access our network of business professionals, investors, and emerging growth companies. These firms will have access to our network via joint venture marketing programs, including a gold, silver and bronze series of corporate sponsorships that will feature their marketing campaign on our corporate website, email correspondence, or during our Angel Sessions.

 Fees
Our network of Service Providers and Corporate Sponsors will participate in our network through annual sponsorship fees. Because we believe that communication between all areas of our business network is paramount to our long-term success, we will increasingly attempt to include the Service Providers in the main stages of our process. Those Service Providers that are chosen to join our network will be made available to those businesses that contact us for financing, and other assistance.
